Erina Fair

Erina Fair is a major regional shopping centre on the Central Coast of New South Wales. GWA Consultants were engaged to upgrade the mechanical services and install a new Building Management and Control System (BMCS) to improve energy efficiency and system reliability.

The project focused on upgrading the air conditioning systems, including the installation of high-efficiency chillers and control systems to better manage energy consumption. GWA Consultants also developed a comprehensive commissioning strategy to ensure the systems performed as intended and met sustainability goals.

The completed upgrade significantly reduced the centre’s energy use, while maintaining tenant comfort and supporting the centre’s long-term sustainability objectives.
