Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, 25MP (formerly MLC Centre) is a Harry Siedler designed heritage-listed commercial precinct, including office tower, podium retail, Theatre Royal and CTA Club. For over 30 years, GWA Consultants have performed the role of incumbent mechanical services engineer.
During this tenure GWA Consultants have completed comprehensive mechanical services plant upgrades and an array of fitouts ensuring this 1970’s built property achieves the performance and efficiency tenants expect from a premium commercial offering.
